About Our BCBA: Tam Dahlgren Background in teaching Special Education, worked with children who have autism in both public and private school settings Currently employed with The Riley Behavioral and Educational Center as Early Education Director (inclusion model) and School Consultant. Areas of responsibility: Individual ABA Therapy Program, Oversee Early Education Classroom, Inclusion Program Development (including peer education, teacher education and training, consultation and classroom support, writing and implementing Behavior Modification Plans, collaboration with Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Parents, Administrators and teaching staff), Monthly Parent Conferences and Consultation Services and Training to Surrounding Area School Districts and Private Schools. Active in volunteer work at my church doing Respite Care and Youth Group Leader. Volunteer in Madison community and also at Bob Jones High School in several different roles. Participate on Autism Walk Committee for Huntsville. Live in Madison with husband and two busy teenagers.
